SARGAS Solar FAQs
How can I pay?
SARGAS does not accept cash. Clients must pay through one of the following ways:
- Client must first obtain a proforma Invoice from us
- Client must make payment only to SARGAS ENERGY LIMITED through a cheque or Bank transfer based in the invoiced he received.What are the warranty of SARGAS solar products & Installations?
The standard warranty on the SARGAS Products is Three (3) years. That means that SARGAS shall repair or replace malfunctioning parts at no costs during five (3) years after ins allation of the Products. This includes the power station, the wiring, switches, charge controller and all installation materials. The warranty for the solar panels shall however be twenty (15) years. The warranty for batteries shall be limited to one (1) year. The following situations will result in loss of the Client’s warranty:
- Failure by the Client to adhere to instructions given during the user training or in writing.
- Damage to the battery as a result of overuse by the Client
- The Client modifies the system (moving, replacements or additions with non SARGAS components)
- Breakage or loss of Products due to external causes, including theft, accidents or natural disasters.
