Fruits are a great source of vitamins and help to prevent sickness. You must have heard of the phrase ‘An apple a day keeps the doctor away’ but guess what? Papaya: This fruit is not only colourful but also rich in vitamin A, and has been known to prevent cancer. It is easy to consume and has a reputably high nutritional and medicinal value.
Strawberries: packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, strawberries are as effective to the body as they are beautiful to the eyes. The vitamins it contains (A&C) are great for the immune system.
Watermelon: the red, vibrant colour of the watermelon makes the fruit beautiful to look at but also ensures that it helps to prevent infection and reduce respiratory inflammation because of the presence of lycopene. This fruit is also packed with vitamins, minerals, and other essential nutrients.
Pineapples: this beautiful fruit is filled with nutrients that help the body to boost its production of granucolytes which is what white blood cells are made up of. And as is common knowledge, the white blood cells protects the body against different diseases and infections.
